Implementation Science Training
This programme is made up of four modules, which are designed to assist you to build capacity and prepare for implementation in your particular settings. Because implementation is a complex process, it is beyond the scope of this programme to include everything, however, it does cover all of the main themes.
Completing each module will help you to progress along your journey towards implementation readiness. However, there is no one size fits all that will guarantee the successful implementation of an innovation. Instead, the modules are intended to help you reflect on what needs to happen during the different stages of your implementation readiness journey. The goal is to support you to consider your options and to help you to make informed choices.
The NIHR Academy Mentoring Programme is seeking to build on its pool of mentors drawn from across the wide NIHR Academy Member leadership population, and to reach out to postdoctoral NIHR Academy members from the NIHR Infrastructure (e.g. BRC) or in an NIHR School who may wish to join the programme as a mentee.
The programme is now open for expressions of interest from mentors and mentees. Colleagues may be interested in joining the programme as mentors or mentee, and we would also be grateful if you could circulate the below information to your networks as appropriate.
More information about the programme can be found on the NIHR Academy mentoring webpage. You can also read about the experience of last year’s mentees and mentors.
