As requested by our public contributors, the PPI:SMART group, we have developed a number of case studies which demonstrate PPI in practice for statistical methodology research and the impact it can make.
You can view, and read these below.
We hope to grow the number of case studies and show the diversity of PPI input and types of statistical methodology research in the future.
For the case studies below – the animations and comic PDFs were developed with public contributors in mind, they focus on how PPI shaped the project and the impact this had.
The other PDFs are infographics which give a bit more detail on the practicalities of the PPI activities and top tips on conducting PPI from the researchers themselves.
We hope both will be useful for methodologists and public contributors.
