Science Communications Manager
Joanna studied Experimental Psychology at Bristol University and went on to complete a PGDip in Science Communication at the University of the West of England.
Since then she has worked in a number of communications and public engagement roles in the public and private sectors.
Joanna oversees the communications for the NIHR Leicester BRC and NIHR Leicester Clinical Research Facility, working closely with colleagues at all of the BRC’s partner organisations to do so.
She provides expert advice in science communications, media relations, public engagement and stakeholder engagement to colleagues in the BRC’s Themes and Platforms.
